The Ma Sharda photographs are valuable business assets and these guidelines are intended to protect them. In consideration of Ma Sharda permitting you to use the Ma Sharda photographs, you agree to comply with the guidelines described herein. Ma Sharda gives you permission to use its photographs only as a reference to us, it may not be used as a reference to or by third parties. Any reproduction should have the highest production value, maintaining the correct proportions and using electronic or photographic artwork and not use these photographs in any activity, which might in any way hurt the Ma Sharda reputation. Should Ma Sharda ask you to stop using these photographs or to change their use in any way, you agree to comply with that request.

If any of the Ma Sharda photographs downloaded here are used in the print media, please email us a digital copy in PDF, PSD or TIFF format in the highest resolution for our records.

These guidelines and your use of the Ma Sharda photographs do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Ma Sharda. This is the only agreement between you and Ma Sharda concerning the Ma Sharda photographs, and it may not be changed except by a signed written agreement.

If you have any questions or any proposed use that is not covered by these guidelines, please contact the Ma Sharda Marketing Department. Ma Sharda may change these guidelines at any time without prior notice, and may for any reason whatsoever withdraw this permission. By using the Ma Sharda photographs, you acknowledge the rights of Ma Sharda in its photographs, that you have read and understood these guidelines, and that you agree to comply with these guidelines in using the Ma Sharda photographs.
